Orders & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment in full unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept major cards and bank transfer; card details are processed securely by our bank and never stored by us.
Dispatch & delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment in full
- Delivery via our national network of freight depots; depot fees are calculated automatically at checkout
- Transit typically takes up to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on location
- Door-to-door delivery is available by quotation — supply your postcode
- Free pickup is available from our Hallam factory
Custom orders
Custom-built trays, canopies and toolboxes are manufactured to your specification. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable except where the product is defective or not as specified.
Title & risk
Title in goods passes on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery to the nominated depot or address, or on collection from our factory. Please inspect goods on arrival — see Refunds & Returns for the 24-hour inspection requirement.
Pricing & availability
We take care to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct errors and to decline an order affected by an error, with a full refund of any amount paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. This website and its contents are operated by BAT INDUSTRIES PTY LTD (ACN 614 417 266) trading as UTE HARIO. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
