Almost certainly. Standard sizes suit common dual-cab, extra-cab and single-cab trays, and we confirm fitment against your exact vehicle before dispatch. If a standard size doesn’t suit, our factory builds custom to your tray dimensions. Tell us your make, model and cab type when ordering.

5052 marine-grade aluminium alloy in 3–5mm flat plate, CNC-folded and full-seam TIG welded. The result is a light, corrosion-resistant build that is waterproof, dust-proof and secure.

Yes. Full-seam TIG welds and marine-grade seals on every opening keep water and dust out — on the highway, on gravel and on the worksite. Seals are covered by the 2-year parts warranty.

Our FC-series crossdeck canopies come in standard widths to suit common trays — including 1000mm and 1200mm deep models at 1800mm wide and 850mm tall — in plain or black aluminium. Need something in between? We build custom sizes at the factory.

Yes — trays and canopies are engineered to pair as one integrated system, and combo packages are the most cost-effective way to buy. Contact us for current combo pricing for your vehicle.

Yes. Every canopy ships with keyed T-handle locks as standard, and central locking upgrades are available so your canopy locks with the vehicle. Locks are covered under the parts warranty.

Standard finishes are plain aluminium and powder-coated black. With our in-house powder coating we can also finish your build in other colours on request — ask when ordering.

Absolutely. Our factory and showroom are at 26-28 Star Crescent, Hallam VIC 3803 — open 8:30am–5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am–12pm Saturday. Factory pickup is free.

Yes. We freight to 37 depots across every Australian state and territory — see Depot Locations. Depot pricing is calculated automatically at checkout. Door-to-door delivery is available on request: send us your postcode for a quote.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment in full. Transit typically takes up to 5 business days from dispatch depending on your location.

Yes — same-day installation is available at our Hallam factory. Add the installation service to your order or call 1300 70 70 31 to book.

Yes, we provide an in-house powder coating service. No job is too small.

Yes. All our roof rack prices include welding — no hidden extras.

Yes. We build for trades, fleets and government buyers — repeatable specs, volume pricing and scheduled delivery. Email sales@utehario.com.au with your fleet requirements.

Major credit and debit cards and bank transfer. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST; a tax invoice is issued with every order. We never store your card details — payments are processed securely by our bank.

Stock orders can be changed before dispatch — call us as soon as possible. Custom builds cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, and deposits on custom work are non-refundable except where the product is defective or not as specified. See Trading Terms.

Australian-made HARIO products carry a lifetime structural warranty plus a 2-year warranty on parts such as locks, gas struts and seals. Imported standard-size products carry a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Full details are on our Warranty Terms page.

Inspect the product on delivery or pickup and report any defect within 24 hours — call 1300 70 70 31 or email photos to sales@utehario.com.au. See Refunds & Returns for the full process.

Report the fault to sales@utehario.com.au or 1300 70 70 31 with your order number, a description and clear photos. We assess promptly and always attempt to repair first; if a fault cannot be repaired we replace the product or component. Australian Consumer Law rights apply in addition.
