The HARIO FC-180 is our flagship jack-off crossdeck canopy — folded from 5052 marine-grade aluminium, fully seam-welded, and reinforced where it matters. The doors won’t warp or twist under load, and the shell is strong enough to take your weight and then some. This is a work-and-touring platform built to see out the vehicle it sits on.
Full-length gullwing doors open both sides to bench-height access, while the integrated front crossdeck toolbox keeps your fast-access gear up front. Inside, full-extension aluminium drawers ride on HARIO’s exclusive internal framework — reconfigure the layout around your trade or your touring kit.

Every FC-180 ships on our modular internal framework so you can build the layout you actually need — drawers, shelving, dividers, 12V and more. Prefer a fully custom size or fitout? We build to your vehicle in Melbourne. Powder coating is available across the standard Dulux range (two-pac on request) for a hard-wearing, personalised finish.

Yes — the FC-180 lifts off on its own adjustable support legs so you can free up the bare ute in minutes, then drive back under and reload. A fixed-mount version is also available.
What utes does it fit?
The FC-180 is built to suit dual-cab, extra-cab and single-cab trays at 1800 mm. HARIO confirms fitment against your exact make, model and tray, and custom-builds when a standard size doesn’t suit.
